Never send funds to an account that is not shown on an official BioLock invoice. Verify any requested change of payment details through a known company phone number.
Bank Transfer
International telegraphic transfer is the standard option for wholesale and OEM orders. Official bank details appear on the proforma invoice.
Credit / Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard or another card may be processed through an approved secure provider when available for the order.
Payoneer
Payoneer may be arranged for selected international payments after the receiving details are confirmed by BioLock.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Free repair or replacement
All BioLock products are covered for verified manufacturing defects for 18 months from the factory shipment date. During the warranty period, BioLock will repair or replace eligible products without product charge.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the lock body, electronics, fingerprint module, motor, charging circuit or supplied keys under normal intended use.
What is not covered
Misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect charging, accidental or freight damage, normal cosmetic wear, corrosion caused by unsuitable environments, or consumable packaging. Freight arrangements are agreed case by case.
How to claim
Email mark@biolock.io with the model, order or batch number, quantity, issue description, photos and a short video where practical.
