How long is the BioLock product warranty?

BioLock provides free repair or replacement for verified manufacturing defects within 18 months from factory shipment.

All current BioLock smart padlock products include an 18-month factory warranty. The warranty begins on the factory shipment date, which can be verified from the order or batch record.

The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect charging, accidental damage, unsuitable environmental exposure or normal cosmetic wear. Contact BioLock with the model, batch, photos and a short fault video.
