How does BioLock control smart padlock quality?
BioLock combines incoming-part checks, assembly controls, functional testing, charging checks and shipment inspection.
Production checks can cover fingerprint enrollment and unlocking, Bluetooth pairing on Tuya versions, mechanical operation, charging, indicators, backup keys and finish.
Inspection scope and sampling level should be confirmed in the purchase order. Model and batch information also makes after-sales diagnosis more efficient.
